Benny Baltrotsky, VP of Partnerships and Go-to-Market at DeWalt owned by Stanley Black and Decker, will discuss technology, trends, and innovation in construction.
Previously COO of a cloud-based construction management company acquired by Stanley Black and Decker, Benny also serves on the board of a construction progress collation, driving industry advancements in tech and operations.

Benny Baltrotsky is the Vice President of Partnerships and Go-To-Market at DEWALT Construction Technology, the innovation division of Stanley Black & Decker, where he focuses on bringing new technology to market. Mr. Baltrotsky has a 15-year track record of building and scaling construction technology companies by maximizing the customer experience. Hired as Chief Operating Officer of MSUITE in 2020, Mr. Baltrotsky built out MSUITE’s sales, marketing, customer success, and finance programs, helping the startup grow revenue by over 375% in 22 months, leading to an acquisition by Stanley Black & Decker.
Before joining MSUITE, Mr. Baltrotsky was a co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer at eSUB Construction Software, a cloud-based project management software company serving trade contractors. As a co-founder of eSUB, he established and optimized functional departments, leading to consistent top-line growth, resulting in multiple Inc. 5000 fastest-growing company lists. Benny was also influential in the business securing $20+ million in a series of funding rounds from Tier 1 VCs. He also negotiated strategic partnerships with Autodesk, PlanGrid, and Sage, to name a few.
As a Board Member of the Construction Progress Coalition and a founding member, Benny has been an influential advocate for greater integration between software platforms.
