Construction Leadership Exchange Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Construction Leadership Exchange 2024, hosted and sponsored by Launch Factory. Please read the following terms and conditions ("Terms") carefully before participating in our event or submitting a request for an invitation.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting a request for an invitation and/or participating in Construction Leadership Exchange ("Event"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Invitation Request
2.1. By submitting a request for an invitation, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and truthful. 2.2. Submission of a request does not guarantee an invitation. Invitations are extended at the sole discretion of Launch Factory based on predefined qualification criteria.
3. Attendance and Participation
3.1. Attendance is strictly by invitation only. Only individuals who receive a formal invitation from Launch Factory and subsequently confirm their attendance are permitted to participate in the Event. 3.2. Attendees are encouraged to engage actively and respectfully in all Event activities, including but not limited to networking, brainstorming sessions, and discussions.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All ideas, concepts, discussions, and materials shared during the Event or in the invitation request form shall become the exclusive property of Launch Factory. 4.2. By participating in the Event, you assign to Launch Factory any rights, title, and interest in and to any intellectual property that may arise from your contributions during the Event, without any obligation for compensation.
5. Confidentiality
5.1. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information disclosed during the Event by other attendees or Launch Factory. 5.2. Confidential information shall not be used or disclosed for any purpose other than participation in the Event.
6. Privacy
6.1. Launch Factory will collect and use your personal information provided during the invitation request process solely for Event management and communication purposes. 6.2. Your personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1. All attendees must conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. 7.2. Launch Factory reserves the right to remove any attendee engaging in harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behavior, without prior notice and at its sole discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. Launch Factory shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the Event. 8.2. Launch Factory reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the Event at any time without prior notice and shall not be liable for any resulting costs or damages.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.
10. Amendments
Launch Factory reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to participants and will become effective immediately upon posting on the Event website.
By submitting a request for an invitation and participating in Construction Leadership Exchange 2024, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
